Five stars is not enough! I retained Thomas after my previous attorney advised me to plead guilty to a felony that I did not commit. Thomas actually spent the time to examine all of the prosecution's evidence. He picked apart and disproved all charges before it went to trial. He relentlessly fought for me and my family every step of the way. Thomas was exceptional at communicating and responding to my questions quickly. In the end I did except a plea of a class B misdemeanor. This was a great win considering the original charges were measure 11 felony and 2 class A misdemeanors.

Highly Recommended I called Mr. Coan after getting arrested for pot possession. He made me feel comfortable immediately and assured me he would do his best. Unplanned Event I think most would say that the need for a Criminal Defense Attorney is unplanned. Being an unplanned event it is often and can be jarring should it be a first experience. The justice system if it can be called that isn't concerned about justice and is instead concerned about winning and losing. For these reasons it is important to be represented by an attorney that understands what you're experiencing and guide you through what can be described as a minefield.
